I found enough data to do my own calculations:
All data is from Miramar about 20 to 30 miles from Dehesa, closest I could find!

for 2/2 to 2/15:
Average temp 56F(13.3C)
Average dew point 34(1.1C)
Relative Humidity Calc = 44%

For 2/16 to 2/28:
Average temp 58.6F (14.8C)
Average dew point 44.5(7.0C)
Relative Humidity Calc = 60%

Conclusions: The temperature in late Feb was a little higher as you would expect. The first part of Feb was very dry, maybe causing the mumification. The humidity in late Feb was wetter (although still dry by most standards).

The most interesting thing I found: The only day it rained was Feb 17th (.17 inches)! Facts is facts.
