Well that was her testimony to Dusek on the 5th 0r 6th. I have to read through the cross by Feldman, because I think he questions her more on it. I thought she might have told him while she was at his house(DW) selling cookies. Well whatever, she at least said she may have told him. Or he could have easily overheard it at the bar.

Exactly what I said, she told him on the cookie sale day. This is how I recall it.

When she said she "may have told him", that was to keep herself out of lying and looking bad. Hell's bells, of course she TOLD him. She told him all about the dance and how "daddy" felt about Danielle growing up too fast.

BVD is a b****!! A lying one at that.

Either way, it doesn't matter. The statement went from BVD'S mouth to DW's ears. Besides, I thought it was too noisy in Dad's to overhear much at all. One had to be face to face & shouting. So went the testimony of the bar patrons.
