They have had opinions on both sides ...the "defense attorney " giving the stuff we know..no evidence in the house etc

The "prosecution attorney" says that there is lots of evidence...but the blood will convict him....only the killer would have blood in the house etc..Geraldo is talking about using the life style ....would a jury let the killer go to punish the "lifestyle choices" of the parents......the reporter says juror one expressed a problem with the behavior...now takiling about DW knowing the klifestyle...saying DW wore gloves...

They brought up the failure to see who's prints ARE in the room GR and company making excuses for that (suprised?)..now GR talking about her hair in the drain......reports insisits it was her hair that it had her DNA on it ..the defense guy says one of GR hairs could be identifiede as hers.....

The "crotch shot" was (if I recall correctly) taken by Danielle's mother & SHE sent it via email to Neal Westerfield. In fact, this photo is no longer in evidence, I do believe.

Defending the behaviour is one thing...not agreeing with others that the parents are faking grief, are murderers is another. I WILL NEVER defend breaking drug laws, no will I condone cheating on spouses or bar hopping either.

I don't think picking on dw the horndog (as him momma described him) or his son (WHOEVER the child porn and child rape videos BELONG TO) is bad..It's deserved....
I'm still waiting for the defense to show that dw didn't kill her..
