Gee, I'll be working on another brief. But you can darn will bet that I support the pledge of allegiance. The outrageous conduct from this Commie Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals needs to be seriously dismantled. I think those judges responsible for this recent ruling should be tried for sedition. If these judges had tried to do this 100 years ago they would have been hung for the public to witness. Tall tree and short rope!

Well, I just got a Writ of Mandamus sent up the U.S. Supreme Court. In fact, I showed Aaron a copy of it on Thursday while we went to the Granada Forum where I personally met former FBI bureau and now retired Chief Ted Gunderson. Since June of 1999, I have been working on this Civil matter in federal court. As it now stands, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals had illegitimately blocked me from appealing a final order from the lower court. This case has never gone to discovery or trial as the court has blocked that too. The Ninth Circuit refuses to review my appeal which is why I had to submit this extra-ordinary Writ. Upon my serving the opposing counsel and the Ninth Circuit a copy of this mandamus, the idiots of Ninth Circuit sent the damn thing back to me thinking I made a "mistake". Nope, I did not! A copy of this writ was meant to be served to these clowns. Truly, this Ninth Circuit needs an enema. And I am just the one person to do it!!
I'm thinking of sending a copy of this to Larry.
