the English are merely following the Canadian lead............Once they met the KLA Jihadists Clinton allied us with in Kosovo, the Canadians pulled out of Kfor as fast as they could.
The English may just be pulling out because the KLA is getting pissed off about having virtualy its entire leadership cadre arrested or cashiered in the last few months.
control of Kacanik won't have anything to with it, now would it ? Destro views pluz ?

vooch,
How do I go about adding my name to your list?

I believe the Canadians where pulled out simply because they where stretch to thin by other UN peace keeping commitments which had nothing to do with what was going on in Kosovo. I agree they the British are needed for Iraq and the gathering storm in the very near future. The British were very pro active in dealing with the KLA and their pull out will take the heat off the KLA which will be a destabilizing factor especially in Pristina, the central hive of activity for the KLA. Will be a very interesting development.
