It just goes to prove that the plaintiff is wanting to whine on a national level. If he doesn't have any custody of the child, then he has no say in how she is brought up. How in the world can he be 'injured' when his daughter is actually practicing her beliefs? How can he say that it really doesn't matter what her beliefs are, but the Pledge interferes with her right to freely express her beliefs? It appears that he has been listening to the "How to be a Staunch Liberal" audio tapes.

Newdow appears to be a confused person. As a doctor and lawyer, he obviously has a conflicting lifestyle.

You can't have a case without an person who has been harmed by the bad law. Otherwise I (and every other citizen in Calif who is pissed off about gun laws but who has never been arrested for violation of one) could immediately challenge a number of 2nd Ammend infringments.

This news that is contradictory to Newdow does not surprise me. Newdow has filed separation of church/state complaints starting with Bush's inauguration, pledge complaints in Broward Cty. Fl, and been essentially a gadfly wherever he lands. There is always more to these type of people than meets the eye.
In Michael Newdows case, I think he is a Red Diaper Baby.

Correction: Red Diaper Doper Baby....

Newdow probably sues HIMSELF when he harms a patient. I wonder if he has had any Lwasuits against him......hmmmm.
And the creep NEVER married the mother....what a piece of Clinton.

Red Diaper Doper Baby...Yes, I know that's from "Savage", but I don't know for certain that the atheist Doc is a user, but I do know he is a "Commie".

One of the difficult things with these ultra-liberals is the attempt we make to try and understand them in the sane and moral sense. Dr. No God, is not sane and sees the world from a perverted sense of morality. In reality he is mentally ill!
I am not trying to defend him, but I know the kind. If one tries to figure him out from a sane frame of reference it will drive one crazy. If you want to see the face of the horrible history of the 20th. Century, look in the face of Newdow. That type of gaze has murdered millions.

And the creep NEVER married the mother....what a piece of Clinton. One thing he has over Clinton is that he's not a hypocrite. But sincerity is over-rated as a virtue.

Or, as in this case, far less.Yes. Less good, but more evil. In his case, when unfettered, it becomes insidious.

And the creep NEVER married the mother...It was against his religion, in more ways than one.

Dare we say that he might have committed perjury when he filed the lawsuit? Can/will the mother submit evidence that the daughter was a practicing Christian when he father was claiming the girl was "injured"? Can a parent claim his child is injured when the child says he is not?
I'm not a lawyer but I think that this moron is toast.

Newdow is a real joke!

"It's not about God or your daughter, is it Doc? It's all about you."
Right, he probably doesn't even believe in *anyone* but himself!

Mike Newdow apparently would replace "he" and "she" with "re," "his" and "hers" with "rees" and "him" and "her" with "erm."
Or me, me and me. LOL!

What religion was he before he took up atheism?
