I agree with the court ruling. Separating the reasoning from the actors involved it is a reasoned approach to the coercion of the majority's religous beliefs on the minority's beliefs.

I am not all that wrapped up in Newdow and making him a bad guy, which he may or may not be, makes no difference to me. He could be a pedophile for all I care, but the court's reading of case law is independent of Newdow. He was just the guy that presented a case.
