You mind explaining how that seems reasonable? I've been cuffed; I have longer arms than the arrestee did; I would not have been able to reach back to do anything.

I've been cuffed, as well, when I was a teenager. I am barely 5'6"... I did the limp leg thing, and was carried, and dropped rather hard, and I deserved it. While I didn't grab the cop by the nuts, I WAS able to reach his weapon belt... As I clutched a clip holder in may hand, and refused to let go, I quickly learned it was a very, very bad thing to do... so yeah, this sounds reasonable to me... That doesn't mean it's the truth, but it COULD be. Let the cop have his day in court... :0)
