Exactly how many ways are there to respond when someone grabs your testicles? If you can truthfully say that your first instinct in such a situation would be to rap that guy in the mouth, then you are a better man than anyone else.

Now, my first instinct might be to rap the guy in the mouth, or it might be to rap the guy in the nose. Heck, it might be to rap the guy in the jaw, or shatter his cheekbone with an elbow. It might even be to kick him in the stomach. But I would say that knocking his teeth down his throat would be as good a first instinct as any. What other possible "first instincts" did you have in mind?
not that I'm particularly proud of it, I've had my ...ahem.. junk grabbed in some unfriendly ways, let me say that the last thing you want to do if someone has a "hold" on you is pull away from them.
My best guess based on what the video shows is that the cop threw the perp (perv?) on the car and shoved him forward with his hips. The kid probably had the officer's junk pressed against his hands already and just grabbed hold. Whether or not that happened is another story, but this isn't court, speculation is allowed.
If the general public can learn one thing from this whole ordeal, it should be that you don't put your naughty parts in bad people's hands.
