I can multi-click "submit vote" or the next page's "refresh" and neither does anything to register more than one vote.

Someone is giving it an anti-semetic slam though because the "Israelis" blame count is racking up faster than 1/second and then there will be a couple of minutes where it doesn't change, and then more quick climbing.
