Is there a back trail or road behind the trees? The cops first said the tree was approached from the North? But I don't have a good map.

Dehesa road is a windy two lane road at the bottom of a small canyon. Dehesa road runs East/West. Singing Hills golf course is on the south side of Dehesa road nestled in amongst huge cottonwood trees. Any dirt access roads would have to be climbing the hill. The houses out there are high up the hills and scattered from each other. There are few street lights. Lots of wildlife in the area.
