it is fair to have the opinion that the defense is not successfully refuting the forensic evidence put up by the prosecution.

That is because the Prosecution's forensic evidence took weeks to get into , but amounts to only a few seconds worth of time. The defense has plenty of time to discount it, it will only take about 30 minutes to do so.

All the other evidence they had, witnesses, cadaver dogs,statements taken by police, have been totally and successfully refuted.

MOst of the PROSECUTION witnesses have stated that the policed misconstrued their statements. The forensics investigators, when asked did they ID other unknown samples of hair/prints/fibers, said NO, WHen asked WHY, they said, WE WERE TOLD ONLY TO DO THE ONES THAT MATCHED DW.

I agree with your statements. The BLUE van should have been checked for orange and blue/grey fibers, but it wasn't. Where is the Blue van?? Gone.

How convenient.
