For what it's worth:

I heard on the local news here in San Diego that the Van Dams spokesman said that the Van Dams had NOT signed a book deal and that they have NOT bought a million dollar home. And that rumors alluding to such were dishonoring the memory of Danielle.

I had heard that it was only $850K, not quite one million, so I guess technically, what they said could be correct. Also, they may not have signed a book deal--yet. I know I sound cynical, but I can't seem to believe anything they say.

Their behavior in court and up to this point dishonors Danielle. Then again they discounted the rumors of the Beemer, said viscious people were just rumor mongering....GUESS WHAT?
