How could they throw old blankets away before they finished analysing the fiber evidence. Makes no sense

Reread #1105
The dump at Dehesa Road was an old tire dump. People had ALSO thrown out old blankets and mattresses there too. Old mattressess and old box springs often are covered with a blue/grey stripped material. I would suggest old mattresses and old box spring coverings are fairly COMMON SOURCE (AKA Shen) of blue/grey fibers that may be common to MANY places.

In fact, Damon Van Dam wanted people to stay away from that dump, if I am not mistaken. The local fire company got rid of all the old tires, old mattresses, old box springs and old blankets lying around in the Delhesa Road dump shortly after Danielle Van Dam's body was found. So that dump may have had Danielle's missing blanket (if it ever existed and we can believe that part of the Van Dam testimony) as well as been a COMMON SOURCE of fiber evidence the prosecution claims was on the body.

I agree totally.

Remember this (NCT 2/17):
"Although we are searching out here in the desert areas, I don't want people to stop searching San Diego," said Damon van Dam, who also spent part of Saturday recruiting more people to help search for his daughter.
