I dunno. But the LACK of such fibers in DW's stuff tends to show that he wasn't there when the body was dumped.

THE IMMACULATE ABDUCTION= The kidnapping of Danielle Van Dam by an unknown (Alias SUPER NINJA DAVE), who broke into a locked house, which had alarms, and a dog, and a father and three children inside. He kidnapped the young female, while drunk, carried her out of the house, flew her to his motorhome (see caped outfit), and murdered her. While in the house, he left no prints, no DNA, no hairs, no fibers, not one piece of evidence he was ever there, and neither the dog, the father, nor the two other children ever noticed anyone had been in their house and walked past their open bedroom doors.
THE NEVER-ENDING-JOINT= A rolled cigarette of marijuana (wackyweed) that can be smoked by 4 people at 830pm , then smoked by 4 or more people several times in the parking lot of a bar, then can still be smoked by six people in a garage , at 2 in the morning. (Save the roach!)

Well now, here's a thought. I see girls in our neighborhood, frequently on our porch, braiding and playing with each other's hair--almost always using the same brush on all of them. Danielle L. lived with DAW and her mother for a while, as did Christine. Perhaps Feldman could have asked if they ever had any interaction with Danielle, such as brushing her hair on the front porch with their hairbrush, then have taken said hairbrush with them in the MH on one of their many camping excursions. Sink drain was under mirror, I believe, which would be the logical place to brush and style one's hair. Rinsing hands or brushing teeth would then result in that hair being washed down to the trap below. Just a theory (but surely as good as DAW snatching Danielle and washing her hair before murdering her in the MH).

It is something, to be used only on appeal. I don't contend it is a defense, per se. Just a filing, that is all. And it pertains to intoxication.
Were they not cadaver dogs that went to the MH looking for a corpse, not search dogs looking for a live Danielle? (the cadaver dog "hit" on the storage compartment IF you choose to accept that testimony, which some do not----which is their right!)

I misunderstood the first statement. CORRECTION:
I believe the motion was drunkenness as an defense.
I.E. That he came home, drunk, woke up the next morning and couldn't remember what had happened the night before. Now he gets arrested for murder. Since he can't remember, his appeal would be based on if he did it, he can't remember.
I know I'm not saying this correctly. I guess the best way would be to say, he would appeal based on the drunkenness and go for involuntary manslaughter, as he was too drunk and doesn't remember doing it.
No, she didn't have them done, as far as I know. She was concerned that the COMMENTATORS breasts were bigger/better looking than hers.
