Intoxication is NEVER a legal defense. I used to do prison minstry ..that was the number one cause of the crimes ..and they were all locked up nice and tight..

I hope you have it straight by now that sealed affidavits were released today. Sorry if you don't want to believe it.

I said I hadn't found any. The first time I went there, they weren't there. This time I found the text I posted already about DW's words to the police while in the MH driving around.

If you have a list of other released affidavits, how many, and the contents of them, why don't you post them ?

I would love to see them. Either I am looking in the wrong place, or they aren't there.

Hair: tracked in on shoe of DW from her being in house on GS cookie run OR when she was playing in MH.
Drop of blood on carpet: deposited when she was playing in MH.
DNA on jacket (this appeared to be blood, DNA guy could not say for sure; could have been saliva) deposited when she visited on GS cookie run or when she was playing in MH.

Remember, Cyn, that her scent was not in the MH, nor in the SUV. It was, however, in the house from the girl scout cookie run. If she had been in either vehicle during the time in question, the dogs would have smelled her. If DW had been in the VD home during the time in question, the dogs would have smelled him.

How'd I do? Did I convince you yet? ;-)

T.S. How did a DRUNK to the point of BLACKOUT man get into the VD home, kidnap/kill the girl, and get her out without anyone, the dog, Damon, the boys, noticing, and while NOT LEAVING ONE SCRAP of TRACE EVIDENCE.

I don't know. But I have heard strange tales about what people can and have done during blackouts. I am not claiming he stayed in a blackout for hours and hours, but just long enough to get her away and confine her, maybe kill her.

Don't just dismiss it. The blackout idea is much more plausible than about 90 percent of the rumor and noise on this thread. Of course it presumes he's the perp, an idea obviously not popular on this, the "FR Van Damnation" thread.
