A straight party ticket that can beat the democrats is the only way to win this country back. After we get it back and prove we can navigate this country through the challenges we face, we will have much more of a chance to nominate and vote in a Constitutional Conservative President who understands we are a diverse nation that needs to be convinced our message is the best for our survival. A whole bunch of work on the grass root level needs to be done before we ever see this happen. If we repeat the mistake we made in 1992 by voting in protest, we will hand the keys to the city right back to the liberals
I agree with both of you.
You've learned the wrong lesson. I voted for Bush 41 in '92, but I still blame him for losing the votes that lost the election.
George HW Bush is more responsible than anyone for his loss to Bill Clinton. No one owed him their votes.
The real lesson of '92 is not to take votes for granted. Let's hope the current President Bush has learned this lesson well.
After raging thru so much swill on this thread your common sense is very much refreshing .
