Lick your butterfingers pie
2 Chocolate graham cracker crusts*
1/4 c sugar
8 oz cream cheese softened
4 cups Cool Whip
3 cups cold milk
1 cup crushed Butterfingers (5-6 reg bars)
2 pkgs. Instant Chocolate pudding
Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with electric
mixer until smooth. Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
Spread evenly over crusts. Sprinkle about 3/4 cup chopped
candy bar over cream cheese layer.
Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes, beat on low
speed for 2 minutes. Pour over candy bar layer, let stand
5 minutes until thickened. Spread remaining Cool Whip
over pudding layer. Garnish with remaining chopped candy.
Refrigerate 2 hours until firm.
*If desired, a 13 x 9 desert can be made by using 2 cups
crushed chocolate graham crackers mixed with 1/2 c. butter
and pressed into a rectangular dish for the crust.
