Breaking news says everyone get inside and cover cracks in doors and windows with wet towels due to refinery incident?? Anyone have any info. Is this SF?

No...I'm in SF...safe from refinery incidents....it's pretty far away from where I live. But the AREA I live in is a different story (too many CRIMINALS!). No refineries.

close all windows and doors, turn off all heaters, air conditioners and fans. On the bright side, lucky for them it never gets as hot in the East Bay as it does in Sacramento! I'd just die out here if I couldn't run my airconditioner!
