I guess you and I are in the minority because we are willing to give Klayman the benefit of the doubt.
I'm going to print this thread out for some legal and accounting friends of mine to get their opinions.
Klayman is a gadfly and a loser, who desperately wants to be seen as relevant. He should be horsewhipped.
