Don't know. Hope so! You cannot believe how bad it/he was. It was a malicious act of slander. Plus he was clearly wrong about the facts and the law. He thought that the case had been brought by Halliburton employees (or Laura said that and he didn't correct her).

Klayman is toast. I happened to be in the car today, and although I normally don't listen to Limbaugh any more, I had to have something on and he was it.
Limbaugh had assembled a list of newspaper articles going back to the mid-90's. ALL of the articles called JW a "conservative group."
Except today, when the papers are labeling him "non-partisan."
Limbaugh said he would probably get sued for running the piece. Ha!
