Is Manhattan a " boring, little town " ? George Washington belonged to a Masonic Temple there, as did Teddy Roosevelkt and many other famous and important people. You want a tour ? Just ask !

Yeah, I know about Washington, too. I respect Washington and revere and many other Masons. But I just can't figure out what it's all about. It seems much to do about nothing these days. I had clubs like that when I was in elementary school, but I can't imagine continuiing that into adulthood. I must be missing something, but I can't figure it out. I rmemebr the guys I used to work with who were Elks. They would talk about ceremony and protocol and proper procedures for hours upon hours, and it all seemed for nothing. Don't understand it.
