I just put a letter of attachment to the "return" claiming that the "return" is not file "voluntarily" and nor do I authorize an "account" with the IRS or waive my Constitutional Rights. It has worked and I have not received one rebuttal from them.

Do you also inform them the Federal Reserve is illegal? They really should know.

Yes, as a matter of fact I certainly let them know that before the close of my attachment. It's to put them on notice that they are outlaws..not me.
