No they cannot. There is something called "civil Rico" but it is not a criminal element. Just as OJ was sued for "wrongful death". He was "convicted" but do you see him in jail?

Did I ever state that JW would put Rendell in jail for this? He could however, go to jail if he had those thugs beat the two plaintiffs up.
