At what point does he get disbarred after filing so many bogus lawsuits?

Can someone have standing from reading the New York Times?

Can someone have standing from reading the New York Times?

Especially from an article that the NYT has practially retracted!

I honestly have no idea. The world of lawyers is not my area of expertise.

Perhaps Torie can help?

The prophylactic for bogus lawsuits is malicious prosecution actions after one loses. It really isn't a disbarring offense. Klayman's clients have a case if the accounting "fraud" was not sufficiently disclosed at the time they bought their stock. Frankly I have yet to see a story that elucidates all the facts here to my satisfaction. Instead, we are dealing with bits and pieces.
