For all of your talk, you actually send in , weekly / bi-weekly tax payments ? You earn SO little, that you get it all back ? You claim that it is " voluntary ", imply that no one has to pay income tax, and now say that you do ?

I'm not all talk...I'm all action. And yes, I have been getting my money back since 1996. I just put a letter of attachment to the "return" claiming that the "return" is not file "voluntarily" and nor do I authorize an "account" with the IRS or waive my Constitutional Rights. It has worked and I have not received one rebuttal from them.
The case that I'm dealing with are idiots and half wits who relish in hurling personal attacks at others. It's not even a vocabulary issue anymore. It's personal.
