"It is also my firm belief that in later years they employed a few people who decided they could be bought for a price and climbed into bed with a few unscrupulous CEO's and CFO's and engaged in criminal activity including fraud."That may be the case, that may not. Then why do you believe the Justice Department took the entire firm to task, instead of the few corrupt ones?
This move on the DOJ's part is what is going to cause the entire company to go out of business.
A lot of people in Illinois are employed by Arthur Anderson and are angry at this move. Although I cannot say this was the wrong move on the DOJ's part.

Hmmm...Why is Larry taking the entire firm of Halliburton to task instead of just those he suspects of being corrupt?
Using your logic, I'd guess there will be a few employees at Halliburton that will see their net worth decline next time they open their 401(k) statements.
Therefore, Larry should not have filed this suit in the manner in which he did.
Using your logic, of course.

If AA closes shop it is because a few morons helped cook a few books and lost the trust of their remaining clients
