Well, PCB, we are at war. We will probably attack Iraq before Christmas. This lawsuit could have waited until after the attack commenced, couldn't it?

Of course, filing it right now helps the Rats with their efforts to take back the Senate, so full speed ahead!

You didn't answer my question. If Klayman has evidence that would warrant impeachment, why didn't we hear it? Impeachment has a different standard from a court of law, so he could have announced his evidence with no problem. He didn't, because he has none.

So, PCB, I think your response is a bit lame. Unlesss you think we should just file accusatory lawsuits against anyone we disagree with. If that is your policy, you had best be hiring a lawyer.

First, we don't suspend the legal system or disallow lawsuit filings during wartime.

The fact is you've pre-judged Larry's case, and that's fine you can do that. But don't sit and ridicule people that want to see the facts played out in the courtroom before passing judgment.

Impeachment is nothing but the political means for Congress to purge one of their own. Larry isn't in Congress, he just feels that the case rises to the level of impeachment, which it probably doesn't :-) He's using words to stoke the media flames and I bet you he even knew it would stoke people like yourself to become raging mad at him.

Filing it now may help the Rats, that's open for debate. One could conclude that playing this out in July will not effect November which seems a long ways away.
