Thank God Almighty that someone is finally speaking out against this partisan witch-hunt on Wall Street, which now could taint the US Vice-PResident by digging into his old Halliburton days. In the name of all that is Holy, VP Cheney already has heart problems, and there is a war to be fought overseas. Why would fellow Americans seem so crazed to file suit on Halliburton. Halliburton will be proven to be on the side of the angels. It's an honest business in a tough arena. Thank God there someone hasn't lost all their senses and realizes any suit against Halliburton is ludicrous.

Well, I wasn't exactly expecting Halliburton to just confess, when confronted by the unstoppable legal powerhouse that is Larry Klayman.

Halliburton is nothing like Enron. In the oil business, but the similarity ends there.

When I was scanning the wires, I noticed something interesting. When Judicial Watch went after the Clinton, they were called a "right-wing group". Now that JW is going after Cheney, they are now listed as a "public interest group". Sometimes, the media can't help but show its bias.

Isn't there some kind of law against filing frivolous lawsuits....especially when all the lawsuits your firm files are politically motivated and you always lose?

Judicial Watch is a joke and always has been, but also Cheney is a crook and always has been.

Rush’s guest host today said Carville was connected with Judicial Watch and helped organize it through some union contributions.

Can anyone confirm this, have a link?

If Halliburton says it isn't true it isn't true. Corporations don't lie. Nothing to see here.

I'd like to know what is really behind Klayman's latest blunder. All the targets he has to chose from (Jeehehsee Jaaahaaakson, Sharpton, Socialists in Congress) , but who does he pick? Why our Vice-President of course.

This man needs to get a life or take a vacation

I thought Judicial Watch was a good organization during the Clinton years. An organization that would end government corruption.
They let Bill and Hill go. They got nothing. They were utter failures when the corruption was handed to them on a platter!
Now, they're after Cheney. Why? Easier target? Maybe they can get at least one little bite somewhere?
I saw a Judicial Watch head sucking up the camera on CNN today. What a joke.
They should find other employment. They're not very good at what they're doing. They're just trying to be celebrities for left wing donations now. It doesn't matter where the corruption is, it matters where the money is. I think they're just as corrupted as Washington!

65% of funding from Enron went to Democrats.
90% of Global crossing went to Democrats.
90% of Worldcom went to Democrats.
Hello, Larry. Follow the money if you want corporate corruption!

I hope there's nothing here, and that Cheney is proven to be uninvolved. We sure don't need a scandal on our side of the fence...But, if that turns out to be the case, it will be a very unfortunate situation for Larry Klayman. He will wear tremendous egg on face. Few people will have any faith in him afterwards. And, the opposite is equally true.
