CBS Market Watch "Big Charts" Web Site ^ | 7/10/2002 | MarketWatch.com

12:57PM Halliburton responds to Judicial Watch lawsuit (HAL) by Michael Baron Halliburton (HAL) is off 30 cents, or 2.1 percent, to $13.82, in midday action. The company is out with a press release responding to a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a Washington, D.C.-based legal watchdog group. The suit alleges fraudulent accounting practices at Halliburton took place during the period when current vice president Dick Cheney served as its chairman and CEO. Halliburton called the claims in the suit, "untrue, unsupported, and unfounded." The company continued: "We are working diligently with the SEC to resolve its questions regarding the company's accounting procedures. Halliburton has always followed and will continue to follow guidelines established by the SEC and GAAP, General Accepted Accounting Principles."

Barbie and Ken are NOT married. Ken is that very nice, clean cut boy that Barbie's mother always wanted her to marry. But Barbie has the hots for GI Joe.

That's what I thought. And Ken is a Mason. But so is GI Joe.

Last time I saw Barbie, she was headed off for Malibu in her convertible. That's been several years ago....I heard she was working for Larry Klayman now.

I LOVE this thread!! And Larry has a new press release out! I was sure he would wait until today to release one. I appreciate Larry. He, along with this fabulous thread, keeps me entertained. Question: are you going for 4,000?

I didn't know you were a drunk.
Does completely anti-social behavior just come naturally to you and your buddy?

I think Larry released latest press release late last night. At least, that's when it was posted here....

Might as well go for 4000, we're almost there! :)

Good morning, Cartoon Boy! Do YOU think Masons are evil and anti-Christian? Do you believe the poster who said Masons sacrifice children on their altars?

And are you going to make a picture of the Larry Klayman Barbie?

2 Corinthians 6:14 - 7:1 (KJV)

Any organization that has the following penalties, whether taken literally or figuratively, is most likely evil in nature.

"..my throat cut across, my tongue torn out, and with my body buried in the sands of the sea at low-water mark, where the tide ebbs and flows twice in twenty-four hours, should I ever knowingly or willfully violate this, my solemn Obligation of an Entered Apprentice."

Fellow Craft Degree: "..my left breast torn open, my heart and vitals taken thence, and with my body given as a prey to the vultures of the air, should I ever knowingly, or willfully, violate this, my solemn Obligation of a Fellow Craft.";

Master Mason Degree: "..my body severed in twain, my bowels taken thence, and with my body burned to ashes, and the ashes thereof scattered to the four winds of Heaven, that there might remain neither track, trace nor remembrance among man or Masons of so vile and perjured a wretch as I should be, should I ever knowingly or willfully violate this, my solemn Obligation of a Master Mason."

Of course, in your circle of friends on FreeRepublic, these types of oaths might be standard operating procedure ;-)

CB out.

Howlin asked you,
Where was John Goti's funeral?

...then you misspelled it "Ghotti" and she comes back with

It's GOTTI.

This is one woman that's got a chip on her shoulder.

Take her with a grain of salt!

My prayer for you is that our Savior will open your spiritual eyes to the only absolute truth found in the Person of Jesus Christ, and that you will reject the god of Freemasonry, Satan.

That's some heavy stuff. I hope nopardons doesn't get offended by it. She's so touchy.

Just received this via e-mail:

In Lompoc, California, Burpee Seeds grows a lot of flowers for wholesale seed sales. For WW II and the Vietnam War, they planted one large field as a flag. This year, because of September 11, they once again planted a flag. Vandenberg Air Force Base, which is on the outskirts of town, did an aerial picture of it.

Do YOU think Masons are evil and anti-Christian?

By the way you asked that question one would get the impression that you believe Masons are not evil and pro-Christian. Well, is that what YOU think?

I base my knowledge of Masons on the ones I have known. My grandfather in particular claimed to be a Christian and lived his Christian faith - he embodied the positive characteristics of a Christian found in I Corinthians 13 - loving, patient, kind, charitable to others, etc.

No, I do not think Masons are evil, and I think their charities do much good for children.

How do you feel about grand-papa taking those oaths? I would also read the testimony of the Mason that I posted earlier.

An entirely baseless claim. I thought you liked to operate in the real world of facts and figures.

I am supposed to believe a story someone (who violated a solemn oath and betrayed his honor if the story is true) posted on the internet, rather than the testimony of a the life of a person I knew?

If this were turned around, who would YOU believe, me or your grandfather? I presume of course that your grandfather was a man of honor, as mine was.

An entirely baseless claim.

I'm not going to search through thousands of posts to find you a link, but I believe that she has admitted or implied as much in the past.
