12:57PM Halliburton responds to Judicial Watch lawsuit (HAL) by Michael Baron Halliburton (HAL) is off 30 cents, or 2.1 percent, to $13.82, in midday action. The company is out with a press release responding to a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a Washington, D.C.-based legal watchdog group. The suit alleges fraudulent accounting practices at Halliburton took place during the period when current vice president Dick Cheney served as its chairman and CEO. Halliburton called the claims in the suit, "untrue, unsupported, and unfounded." The company continued: "We are working diligently with the SEC to resolve its questions regarding the company's accounting procedures. Halliburton has always followed and will continue to follow guidelines established by the SEC and GAAP, General Accepted Accounting Principles."

Having a rough night? I'm having a great night. Having said that, I must retire for the evening.
We'll see what tomorrow brings.

No, it needs to meet the elements of malicious prosecution, i.e. filed without probable cause, Klayman loses on the merits, and it was animated by "malice," which is a term of art about which there is much litigation, and varies by state, and is a moving target. Courts hate malicious prosecution actions against lawyers, and it is the courts, not juries, that determine probable cause, which in practice is a fairly loose standard.

Oh, it's that other person who can best articulate themselves through the posting of pictures, great! Hey, I bet that any monkey in a zoo can communicate in the same way you have become expert at.
By the way, I have never requested to have a thread locked.

That it is moot, because who gives to him now is different from whom gave to them then, and he wouldn't want to mislead you?

Ya, you wouldn't want the act legalized against your personage, at least not corporeally rather than figuratively.

So I've been told...... but the sun will rise tomorrow as surely as there's a God in Heaven.... So all things considered, if I'm alive to witness it then things can't be all that bad.

"By the way, I have never requested to have a thread locked. " That may be, but you sure spelled out to me in a freep mail, exactly why a thread was locked. I am sure, you were only making assumptions......

Conservative organizations sell each other donor lists all the time. It is not some sort of anomaly.

Actually, you are right deport. Hence, we should also not give up on the issues which are dear to us, I haven't. And I know that you haven't.
