I don't have a problem with that part as long as he gets on with the Audit as requested by the IRS. If he's got nothing to hide then he'll come out clean, otherwise I suspect the IRS will find if he's been 'fudging'.

ROTFLMCO! Soooooo, the "crime" committed by Halberton is that it changed it's accounting to coincide with 99.999999% of other companies in the same business. I will readily admit that I am not a lawyer but how can "potential investors" be a plaintiff in a class action suit? Does that mean that I could have potentially bought a ford pinto and be awarded damages because I could have potentially been blown up? Now there is a novel idea.
