I don't recall anything in the audit that required the donor's names to be released to the public?
To: FreedominJesusChrist
How about the 'eww' dealings being above reproach regarding the IRS audit. Why doesn't he get that behind him?
To: FreedominJesusChrist
I am sure that Klayman was aware of all the risks he was taking when filing this lawsuit and I am also confident that Klayman knows what he is looking for.Klayman bought NEW REPUBLIC and NATION mailing lists.
Does that tell you what Klayman is looking for?
To: FreedominJesusChrist
Notice, they were both liberal schools anyway. No surprise there. Marquette is over-rated anyway and it is located in the ghetto of Milwaukee.I suppose it's accessible via the Hoan Bridge (WARNING: BRIDGE DISINTEGRATES BEFORE ROAD SURFACE)?
To: FreedominJesusChrist
Dick Cheney better watch out and hope that his financial dealings at Halliburton were above reproach. Klayman I suppose had best hope they weren't. Wouldn't it be awful if he'd slandered a good man with no evidence?

Judicial Watch is merely representing the interests of these wronged Halliburton shareholders. After Enron, Worldcom, and the recent revelations that Arthur Anderson practiced fraudelent accounting, it has become obvious that the government is not doing its job with overseeing these huge corporations and accounting practices.
That is why Judicial Watch has chosen to step in, I believe.

Klayman bought NEW REPUBLIC and NATION mailing lists. He's trolling the socialists for dollars?!?
To: Amelia
Klayman has enough reason to believe that both Halliburton and Dick Cheney were involved with corporate crime. Hopefully, the courts will allow Discovery on Klayman's part.
To: Tolerance Sucks Rocks; sinkspur
I would like some hard evidence for that claim.
To: terilyn
It's none of the IRS' business who contributes to Judicial Watch. I would like the government to respect my privacy for once and I am grateful that Klayman is fighting this.
To: deport
Because it has become obvious that the IRS is targeting Judicial Watch FOR POLITICAL REASONS.
To: FreedominJesusChrist
Law or no law..... there's more to the audit than a list of names.... that is or was only a part of it and not that big if any part when they first started the audit notification. As the 'eww' has delayed getting it over with they have increased the demands.
To: FreedominJesusChrist
these wronged Halliburton shareholders
How many "wronged" Halliburton shareholders signed on with Larry?
To: FreedominJesusChrist
That is why Judicial Watch has chosen to step in, I believe.
you believe... well do you know? I guess you are going to claim to be an 'accounting standards' expert now. How many classes have you had in accounting?
How about the people that lost money after the 'eww' filed his frivilous suit? Who's gonna make them whole. You gonna up your watch donations?
To: deport
Judicial Watch was sent the audit notification during the Clinton Administration.
It is widely known that Richard Nixon had at one time discussed auditing his political enemies, but it never actually happened. However, under the Clinton Administration, it did happen. During the Clinton Administration, you of course know that Judicial Watch had filed a series of cumbersome lawsuits against either Bill and Hillary Clinton, or their corrupt political cronies. The IRS became the tool by which the Clintons used to attempt to intimidate and silence their enemies.
Do you believe that organizations should be audited because of their ideological beliefs? The American government should encourage the free-flow of ideas, not be an adversary of free speech.
To: Clara Lou
Two and there could have been more.
To: sinkspur
"Klayman bought NEW REPUBLIC and NATION mailing lists" Seriously?
Well that is very telling. Targeting liberals for dollars now that he's changed tactics.
If there was ever a doubt as to Larry's true intentions, well this clears it up for me.
To: deport
"I guess you are going to claim to be an 'accounting standards' expert now. How many classes have you had in accounting?"I have as much of a right to comment on this current situation as you have to declare Cheney "Not guilty" before the trial or discovery has even begun. Ergo, I will state my beliefs as often as I like.
To: FreedominJesusChrist
It's none of the IRS' business who contributes to Judicial Watch.
Huh...... It's a tax deductible contribution.... Yes little girl it is the IRS's business as to who takes those deductions..... After all isn't it the IRS with whom you file your tax returns..... Oh, you don't file yet, I see. How about ol' dad, who does he file with?
To: FreedominJesusChrist
I would like some hard evidence for that claim. I take NATIONAL REVIEW and NEW REPUBLIC. I cancelled NATIONAL REVIEW, and my mailings from JW suddenly stopped.
My NEW REPUBLIC subscription has another year to run; I started getting mailings from JW again in April.
Larry lives and dies by mailing lists. I never sent him a dime on my NR subscription; I have to conclude that he has decided that a jihad against Bush will yield some fresh coin from liberal or moderate sources.
