Bingo!

Your little rant is total BS, What you claim to support is not "law and order".
Laws should apply to everyone, and yes, even cops.

Hmm....having looked at yesterdays thread, it's obvious this guy is indeed liberalism=failure. He keeps repeating the same stuff word for absolute word.
Maybe someday this guy will realize that we don't live with a "Judges System" in MegaCity One. Utoh, is that the rumbling of a Lawmaster I heard?
(Sorry, very geeky comic reference, I know...)
Cops are not above the law.

A 16 year-old kid can kill just as fast as a 21 year-old. Let the cops protect themselves when necessary. Oh yes, by all means let that poor defenseless cop bash a handcuffed suspect upside the head to "protect" himself.
If you don't weed out the bad cops, like this POS, then all LEO's will get tarred with the same brush.

What is this place anyway is liberal republic?Actually, you appear to be better than most 'first-day trolls' I've seen...

Calm, rational thought does not include giving a pass for beating on restrained prisoners just because you're an angry cop.
Who said that? I said it was wrong and he should get two weeks unpaid and a warning
Typical liberal, always has to distort other people's position to win an argument.
To: LibBasher
"Nope. Two weeks unpaid suspension and a warning. that's more than that kid will get you can bet your ___ on that." If you think that the veteran cop (who should know better) should get off with a warning, why should an emotionally retarted kid who already got his butt kicked, not get a pass as well. Sounds like a double standard now that you've said that the cop was wrong to hit him.
Quit enabling the Jacksons and the Sharpels of the word.

That's right and no prosecutor would ever prosecute anyone who hit someone who cut their head open.
But you PCers always love to raise the standards for those you hate.

I said it was wrong and he should get two weeks unpaid and a warning I assume you advocate the same for the kid, right? A warning and two weeks community service?

That's right and no prosecutor would ever prosecute anyone who hit someone who cut their head open. It happens everyday.
To: FatherTorque
Ok, Father, I suppose you have never heard of headbutts and foot kicks. Any person who is handcuffed can still do a lot of damage. I suggest you take a course in self-defense and learn a little about unarmed combat.

"since that's the only thing any libertarian cares about - right?"
They certainly care nothing for law and order. Oh yeah, I know what they care about anarchism, nihilism, and good hash. Maybe there are a few good ones, but they sure haven't shown up on this thread.
To: LibBasher
Based on what we saw in the video (and it might take awhile for the whole story to come out), it looked like the cop was overly aggressive toward a cuffed teen. I do not consider that 'law and order conservatism' but abuse of power. Now if we hear about some extenuating circumstances, I might change my view on the matter.

Sorry, I missed yesterday's link. I hadn't heard about any cop getting his head bashed in. Can you give the link again?

no prosecutor would ever prosecute anyone who hit someone who cut their head open. During a fight, no. After the guy who was hit had four of his friends tie the other guy's hands behind his back and hold him up, yes.
