This reminds me of an argument I had as a young girl with my father about Adolph Hitler's state of mind. I was trying to convince him that one could be insane,evil and technically intelligent at the same time. He seemed to equate evil and insanity with stupidity.. Ya don't have to be stupid to be crazy. Like Hitler, Hussein is evil, and perhaps even insane, but he's no idiot, or we could have offed him long ago.
