Trust deed was reconveyed to them in 2002. Looks like they paid off the mortgage on their house in 2002. How many working people do you know that can do that in their forties?

I think they refinanced first mortgage and then got a home equity line of credit/loan for $50k just before or same time Danielle went missing..
