Well, it's been obvious to me since this trial started. I thought nobody else had noticed this happening. I sure hope the jury has noticed.

Nope I noticed that too. It just adds to the growing appeals list, should it become necessary.

Today isn't the only day I've noticed it, just the first day I said something. I'm sure some of the jurors notice.
