Right, I didn't write angry..and would have been ''upset'' if I had. I interpreted the upset as "sad".. but it doesn't mean he wouldn't mean either. Frankly, withdrawing emotionaly and socially while "partying" is mean if ya think about it.

When my dad used to have too many some times he would get upset, quiet and introspective. Quite maudlin at times. He would drone on and on about how misunderstood he was. I think we want to read too much into this.
