Briefing ended about 2am Tuesday (Feb 5). From Feb 5 (2:15 am) until arrest, DAW was continuously surveilled by SDPD.

Called at home 11pm Monday night Feb 4, proceeded to NE substation. At that time DAW was already a suspect in the case.

Gasp!....say it isn't so.

Also had tracking device on DAW's vehicle.

Here's a few...son into pornography, two divorces, abandoned by mother, "horndog" dad, problems in his relationship with Susan (she'd left him twice), freelancing/owning own business. I can think of lots. Not a one of them has to do with animals. ;o)

True no animals, but I bet he hates layla cuz she's such a shedder..and don't forget, his mom and sister called him a horndog too. I'm sure he knows that too. Also, his idiot parents, according to his mothers comments, actually kicked him out at age 18yrs old to be a man. He could for sure have some repressed anger and may the alcohol makes him think about it.

When my dad used to have too many some times he would get upset, quiet and introspective. Quite maudlin at times. He would drone on and on about how misunderstood he was. I think we want to read too much into this.

LE surveillance, media constantly trailing DAW as well as van Dams.

Dusek gets the witness to say that media surveillance also trailed the Van Dams...constantly.

Did the van Dams have the GPS attached to their vehicles too?

Before Feb 5 at 1:am, DAW had been in company of other LE. (8:50 am on Feb 4) Non-stop surveillance began at 2:15 am Monday night/Tuesday morning.

He really has had a rotten life in some aspects and has a right to be angry, specially at his parents. Alcohol is of course not the answer--some people get angry but it's a 'controlled' angry. They don't show it.....I think he's like that. I know people who don't get loud and flamboyant when they're angry.

. One would think if the carpeting in the driver's portion of the MH was a match for the blue-gray fibers, the prosecutor would have mentioned it before now.

Or if the blue-gray fibers matched (police undercover cars, or any of the Van Dam's vehicles, or. or. or. BUT NO, they didn't check).
