They sat in a car until midnight on 2/3 waiting for him, they showed up first thing on 2/4, the interrogated him for hours on 2/4, by 2:30am on 2/5, they had a search warrant, pictures were taken of him on 2/4.

They sat in a car with blue/grey floor carpeting, they entered his home and walked around , then went through the MH, further contaminating it. Yeah, they found minute fiber trace evidence, but can't specify where.

Dusek is showing her a transcript, probably from a police interview. Seems to indicate that DAW told Susan he was sitting outside (of her house after her "date"?).

So, from this, it appears Brenda said something, but that Alldredge might have altered it or exaggerated it. Bottom line, it looks like someone did point the police in a certain direction.

Thank You. I have stated this over, and over , and over. Brenda pointed them at DW, and the police took what she said and like all other statements they recorded, they somehow got them wrong (LIED) and based on this, they got a search warrant. THE SEARCH WARRANT should be disclared FALSE and all EVIDENCE obtained thrown out of court.

Found the Laspisas up in Glamis one time...didn't know they were going to be there, but looked for them. Doesn't remember if it was a holiday.

David went driving around in the desert in areas where he thought they might be. Even though they didn't find the Laspisas they set up camp and enjoyed the weekend.

The DA would make it seem this guy was a weirdo who had trouble "hooking-up"...NO WAY! He was that neighborhoods most eligible bachelor. He had it all, charm, lovely home, pool, Motor Home, and an income for life.

I think you are jumpin to conclusions - Dusek won't let her elaborate - they want us to think she was uncomfortable cuz she was afraid of DW or something - but what if he was suicidal - could be another explanation - I hope they go back to this area and clarify things.

Dusek questioning that an otherwise orderly individual would dump the clothes over the bannister, go downstairs, pick them up off the floor, then go wash them. She said yes, that's what they did.

Just heard of KFMB Brenda bought a 850 thousand dollar house no Damon with her.

This can't be true. Brenda, Stay at home Girl Scout Cookie mom? No job, no income BRenda? Buys a house worth over 3/4 million dollars ????? MUST BE SOME MAUI WOOWIE in those GIRL SCOUT COOKIES !
