And it took 9 years to award Canadian bravery medals for an action in the Balkans on a so-called "peace keeping" job. I read recently that it took over 20 years for some Canadian unit to be allowed to wear an American decoration won in Korea. Damn shame that good men have to wait that long because of some bureaucrat. But congrats all the way around on their good shooting.
What I can't figure out is how that raghead could have waited around for the second shot, after the first one hit something he was carrying. Must have been stoned or stupid.
