At this point.. (and I really will take it all back if he's right about this.) I think he's just been paid off.
They can't make anything stick to the Bush administration thus far, and November looms. The Senate hangs in the balance.
If we get it, we might get the SC also.. if nothing else we will be able to legslate pretty much at will.

That's why he was so busy trying to stick his nose into the Floriduh voting controversy in Sanders Saul's courtroom-- where he was told he had no standing. That's when it occurred to me that Larry's goal is to wield power any way he can.
