I could ask you the same question. What makes you so sure that there won't be any more attacks?
I'm sure there WILL be more terrorist attacks. I just don't think there will be any major ones. It's out of current terrorist capabilities to blow up a nuclear bomb, release a modern plague on us, take out the government or anything along those lines.
I'm sure they can walk into a Sbarro pizza and blow themselves up though.
