To keep the sheeple calm and controlled. Don't want the sheeple to get alarmed and start demanding. Don't want the sheeple to think they are in danger and start demanding. Don't want the sheeple to get too involved in what might be going on. Ignorance is bliss. Keep the sheeple ignorant, and they will remain fat and happy.
I'm convinced that's what's going on. It's the only explanation for this. People who are paying attention know perfectly well, or at least can read the signs, that we have been under attack by Islam for years, if not decades. But govts, not just our own, are unwilling to acknowledge this to their populace, for the reasons you just stated.
In many western countries, forced marriages, and underage marriages are ignored by authorities in order to be sensitive to Islam! Even women abuse by their patriarchal family traditions is ignored.
The west needs to wake up and realize that Islam, as it is practice and preached today must be named an ILLEGAL religion, not compatible with the civilized world. However, if Moslems choose to reform that barbaric, stone-age religion to something like Islam-Light, may be we should allow it in such non-threatening form?
I think giving all the organized hostility from Moslems of late, it is appropriate to call any act of violence by “all” Moslems as terrorism, until proven otherwise. The Israeli guard at the El Al counter should be given a gift from the US taxpayers for saving us the thousands of dollars to imprison—show the prisoner the Qaba direction—hiring a rag-head lawyer—and all the BS that Mousawi is putting us through. The prison guard of Mousawi should find him hanging in his cell, what a loss!
