Perhaps so, but I am sure the drugs did not help the situation - I have met a lot of f**ked up people before, but none that would do that - unless they were high on something (much like the story posted yesterday from my hometown of Columbus, Ohio - man picked up his kid from day care and was so drunk he left him strapped in his car seat all night - The alcohol certainly played a role there...)

The answer is no. Why is the answer different when the drug in question is methamphetamine instead of alcohol? It's inconsistent, and it's the inconsistency which I find most abhorrent.
