Just speculation, but could BVD be upset because swinging Barb may testify (to a totally different story)??? If the defense doesn't call Barb, I found this whole thing very odd that neither side called one of the major players.

I think the VD's are quite upset with Barb.

Understand, Damon and Brenda were interviewed SIX times about the goings on at their home and they NEVER mentioned the famous Piece (of Pizza ) Party, they left that part out. BUT, it was BARB who got scared and told the LE what went on that evening...she snitched! SOOOOO, I don't think she is too popular with that crowd anylonger...It's the nature of the beast, I guess.
