If they are looking so hard at fibers I would expect that they'd test them all for similarity to that alleged 2nd set of PJ's - if they were purchased at the same time and were alike - then the fibers would be very similar. Do ya think they did?

Yes, I know, but couldn't the defense have waived the early trial? Seems like I remember some discussion about that before the trial date was set that if the prosecution announced they were going to go for the death penalty that often times the defense will waive the speedy trial right in order to prepare for a death penalty trial.
