President Bush arrived back in Washington today, and presented the Medal of Honor to Vietnam Veteran Captain Humbert "Rocky" Versace. Late this afternoon, the President held a press conference regarding the need for Congress to support the nation's priorities. Bush also tackled questions regarding his time at Harkin as well as to what will be addressed in his speech to Wall Street tomorrow. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Also the New York Times also tried to make hay with this story in the past and their investment didn't pay off then, so maybe they have dumped their stock in it.
However, although I know they can't write a substantial piece on this, they can join the innuendo parade, and try to label George in the public mind along with the rest of the BIG LIE liberals.

Your hubbie is an optimistic man. Tell him to start posting. I could use him to cheer me up! I just cannot put my hatred for the media into words.

Well I don't think McCain has divided the GOP, I think he will win over some fence sitting rats if he runs as an in-depends more than he will get fence sitting republicans.

"...because I saw the press conference and then had to listen to the lies of CNN - just flat-out lies!!" Ignore CNN, my FRiend...they are increasingly irrelevant...MUD

As far as the innuendo goes, I keep going back to the "what did the President know, and when did he know it" fiasco of a few weeks ago. Backfired bigtime on them. W is not going to sit back and let them smear him without defending himself. At some point he will politely suggest they put up or shut up.

Did I get you in trouble, RWP?
btw, I'd say go with the small. My very tall, slim elder daughter would get a small, and my shorter more muscular, but slim younger daughter would as well.
If I wanted one to fit I would have gotten a medium (mostly because I gave birth to four slim children! LOL!)

Got hot today, did you notice?

That's the pathetic part. Everyone in the media already knows there is no story here. They are LYING in order to keep this going. They know he was investigated and cleared. They know he did nothing wrong. The major elite reporters and journalists hate President Bush with a passion. They still love the clintons and johnnie mccain, of course. I pray that God finds a way to shoot them down bigtime. I think He will. I have to believe that.

Then why were ya hidin' from cameras?!
Confused...MUD

I can't put my hatred for the media in words. Just don't ever hand my husband an Uzi at a press conference. He can't put his hatred of them into words either. But he likes Tucker.

That would be terrible if true. He really should retire and spend the time with his family.

Well, don't worry about it too much. Ann Richards already tried every trick in the book on W and couldn't come up with anything good.

Too funny! I like the way you think.

Ok...you're right. Time to bring my blood pressure down from the top of the chart. I'm glad I can vent on FR with my friends. Otherwise I'd go crazy.
Sigh...now I have O'Reilly on and he says GW has no passion on this corporate issue. He also dissed the President, insinuating that the reason he was cleared by the SEC was because bigwigs covered for him. Maybe I should just turn off the TV until November, 2004! LOL!
