The kid's hands were tied behind his back; he was not resisting; he appeared almost unconscious; and the cop slammed his head onto the car hood so hard it bounced up and down like a beach ball.

I hate surveillance cameras, but this tape is pretty ugly.

I'd agree to every supporter of this cop getting the same beating after being handcuffed and propped up against a car.

It doesn't matter a damn bit what happened before he was subdued. Even if he'd killed the cop's daughter, once the perpetrator is subdued, that's it.

Sounds to me like those punks needed a serious butt kicking - unfortunately, it's really not the cops job to do that (unless of course they are defending themselves).
