Snow Bunny, all the threads are meaningful, but most of us, I'm certain, enjoy Mail Call Monday the most.

Getting to hear from those 'somewhere out there' makes such a personal connection with REAL PERSONS - all those we here love and support to the best of our ability.
We do more than fling words into cyberspace - we really want to convey the message we CARE and KNOW the monotony and strains and limitations of most of your days.
Many of us have 'been there - done that.'

You are not free, confined aboard ship or guarding a perimeter or prowling the skies, to merely pack a picnic lunch and head to the lake - go out and play softball - visit old friends - go on a date with a loved one - kiss your spouse and tuck in little ones.

Instead, you are there, like hundreds of thousands of Patriots before you, doing your part to keep America safe and ensure freedom for it and others around the world.

We honor your personal sacrifices for the good of all.

To each of you whose letters were presented today, we wish Godspeed and a special thank you for expressing your thoughts.
You touch our hearts deeply.

To each of you our love is extended, prayers for your safety and well-being given, and special hugs for all.
We carry you in our hearts.

Here is something which applies to each of you, and all of the 'you's' around the world:

“The ultimate test of a man’s conscience may be his willingness to sacrifice something today for future generations whose words of thanks will not be heard."
